Dorado FM 98.3

Dorado FM 98.3 is, by its own definition, la radio del chamame - the chamame radio - broadcasting from Corrientes, the capital of the Argentine Litoral, with the culture, music and tradition of the province twenty-four hours a day, three hundred sixty-five days a year, and the mate never far from the microphone.

Twenty years on air, the grid is a map of the Litoral soul: Industria Chamamecera and Los Chamameceros for the genre's present, Somos Nandeva for the indigenous Guarani voice, De Lo Nuestro Lo Mejor for the rest of the local songbook. The station also broadcasts live the province's cultural and religious festivals, and in January, when the province dances, the Fiesta Nacional del Chamame gets its full coverage.
