NOW Radio

NOW Radio calls itself the Austrian Christian radio station, and its tagline - Christian. Contemporary. Music. - maps the format exactly. The playlist is built on international Christian Contemporary Music, topped up with current German-language worship songs, while short devotional segments between the tracks offer thoughts on faith and everyday life.

The project is listener-financed: a base of monthly supporters keeps the DAB+ broadcast running in the Greater Vienna area, with nationwide DAB+ coverage as the declared next goal. Behind the microphone sits a team mixing experienced radio professionals with media, marketing and startup backgrounds, and the internet stream is carried through the infrastructure of ERF Austria.

Alongside DAB+, the channel reaches the web around the clock - in the browser, on the smartphone or as a live web radio stream far beyond Vienna. For listeners who want uplifting pop-rock with a faith at its core, it is free online radio that aims to do precisely what the slogan promises: get inspired.
