Nova Brasil FM 104.7 - Salvador

Nova Brasil FM 104.7 is the network's voice in Salvador, the musical capital of Bahia - a city where MPB, axe and samba run in the streets. Since the network's 2000 founding in São Paulo, the Bahia affiliate has carried the same Moderna MPB creed to the northeast.

On air, expect the network's signature blend: Brazilian popular music across generations, from the artists that defined the genre to the newcomers the network helps reveal, with news from Brazil and the world woven between the songs. For a city that produced so much of Brazil's soundtrack, the format fits like a local instrument - and the affiliate's take on it leans naturally northeastern, where a good song has always counted double.

The 104.7 signal covers Salvador and its region, and the network stream goes further still, carrying the Bahia frequency to phones and players worldwide - free web radio to listen online, Bahia's beat at any distance.
