Sertanejo FM Raízes

Sertanejo FM Raízes announces the format in the last word: raízes, roots. The Brazilian web radio plays the sertanejo raiz tradition - the viola-and-duets era of the 40s, 50s and 60s, before the genre discovered electric guitars, production tricks and stadium-sized stages.

This is the songbook of the caipira interior: violeiro duets, moda de viola storytelling and the classic recordings that built the genre foundation, rotating around the clock on the Zeno.FM platform, in Portuguese, for the purists and the newly curious alike, one classic after another and no modern detours.

For those who believe sertanejo began in the old recording studios of the mid-century and should still sound exactly like it, the roots are one click away in any player or app. Free web radio to listen online, at any hour of the day or night, from Brazil to the fazenda memories of the diaspora abroad.
