HOT 100 92.5 FM

HOT 100 92.5 FM broadcasts twenty-four hours a day from Villa Mercedes, the second city of San Luis province, in the Argentine Cuyo region. The format mixes pop music with news and talk, and its pages follow the local agenda closely, from what happens at the Villa Mercedes hospital to the weather over the weekend in the province.

Villa Mercedes grew around its railway junction and remains an industrial and commercial hub on the road between Buenos Aires and Mendoza, and HOT 100 sounds like exactly that kind of city: busy, practical and musical. The name nods to the classic idea of a hot hundred, the ranking of the most-played songs, and the music desk keeps that chart instinct alive. The studios are on Junin street, and the station can be heard beyond San Luis through its live online stream, which carries the FM broadcast to listeners anywhere.
