Baltimora: The Italo-Disco Phenomenon

Baltimora was an Italian-based music project that became a defining act of the 1980s Italo-disco scene. The group is best known for its 1985 international smash hit Tarzan Boy, a song that achieved platinum sales and became a cultural touchstone.

Early career

The track's infectious synth hook, jungle-inspired sound effects, and McShane's charismatic vocals propelled it to become a global hit, charting across Europe and breaking into the US Billboard Hot 100.
