Early Career

The Fratellis formed in Glasgow in 2005, consisting of vocalist and guitarist Jon Fratelli (born John Lawler), bassist Barry Fratelli (born Barry Wallace), and drummer Mince Fratelli (born Gordon McRory). The band quickly built a local following with their raucous live shows, leading to a record deal with Island Records in 2006.
