You And Me

You And Me: The Heartland Rock Duo
You And Me is an American heartland rock duo known for their anthemic songwriting and powerful vocal harmonies. The pair, consisting of vocalist/guitarist Jack Miller and vocalist/bassist Sarah Vance, achieved mainstream success with their multi-platinum second album, "Crossroads," which spawned several top-ten rock radio hits.
Early career
Miller and Vance first crossed paths in 2005 while performing in separate bands on the vibrant Chicago club circuit. Bonding over a shared love for classic rock storytelling and 90s alternative grit, they began writing songs together in 2008, initially as a side project.
Their self-released debut EP, "Midwest Echoes," in 2010 caught the attention of local independent label Rustbelt Records. This led to their first full-length album, "Open Highway," in 2012, which established their signature blend of driving guitars and introspective lyrics.
Breakthrough
The duo's major breakthrough arrived in 2015 with their sophomore album, "Crossroads," released through a new partnership with Capitol Records. Fueled by relentless touring and strong rock radio support, the album eventually reached #3 on the Billboard 200 and was certified double platinum.
Lead single "Carry the Fire" became an anthem, topping the Billboard Mainstream Rock chart for four consecutive weeks and earning a platinum certification. This success solidified You And Me as a formidable force in the modern rock landscape.
