When I was 12 years old, my mother was diagnosed with cancer.  She received surgery, radiotherapy, and chemotherapy, and then I watched her endure excruciating side effects for the next three months until her death.

The defining moment in my life occurred about 15 years later, when I realized that my greatest tragedy was actually my greatest gift; my mother died so my life could have purpose.  And that purpose is to ensure that no child will have to go through what I did, ever again.

Three years of obsessive research and writing later, I published two #1 bestselling books on cancer, both of which are currently revolutionizing humankind's understanding of the disease and how to conquer it.

Next, I published a trilogy of #1 bestselling books on the greatest metabolic therapies ever discovered, including red light therapy, balneotherapy, and the celebrated blockbuster drug methylene blue.

If you want an opportunity to read my next book before it hits shelves for free, subscribe to our newsletter and I'll let you know when the moment has arrived.

Each conversation on the 13 Questions podcast begins with a simple framework, but where it goes from there is never quite the same. Hosted by Man Transcending, this series sits at the crossroads of personal history and practical guidance, featuring a different guest every time-ordinary people with extraordinary insights alongside those with more recognized voices. The core of the podcast is a deliberate search for usable truths, often pulling from the wisdom of ancestors and contemporary role models alike. Listeners will hear candid discussions that touch on the complexities of relationships, the nuances of fatherhood, and the broader journey of self-improvement. It’s less about abstract theory and more about identifying tangible lessons that can be applied daily. The aim is service, offering these conversations as a resource for anyone, though men in particular might find a resonant space here, to reflect on their own path. Ultimately, it’s an exploration of how we can integrate inherited and earned wisdom to become better versions of ourselves, thereby influencing our immediate circles and communities. Tuning in feels like accessing a shared journal where vulnerability and actionable advice meet, all through the unassuming format of thirteen questions.
