2. My 48th birthday is coming up next month and I'm realizing that I'm no spring chicken anymore and I don't want to continue doing physical labor jobs for the rest of my life. 

3. I lost my job of 23 years on January 25th as a result of devastating personal problems that upset my work life. I'm still coming to terms with myself and the role I played. These problems no longer exist and I am ready for a new vocation. 

4. When do I fill out papers to make my tutoring an official business with the government and what should the business be (LLC, sole proprietor, other)? 

5. I am burned out. Where do I go for chapter 2 of my work life that allows me to work from home on my schedule and most important get to really guide, teach and help people?
