Today, Denise serves as partner and management consultant at SagePartners’, a global network of senior-level executives who help companies accelerate growthby addressing their most important strategic issues. She also advises on M&A and ambulatory surgery center (ASC) design, development, and staffing for Merritt Healthcare Advisors, based in Ridgefield,Connecticut. In a CEO role, Denise led the turn around and successful sale of Fident Health, a virtual health company that reimagined the future of rural tele-medicine, shepherding the company’s transition from a founder-led organization to a fully professionalized growth engine.
She spent two decades in business and clinical leadership roles at Vituity, beginning as medical director at Sequoia Hospital, and ultimately serving aschief strategy and growth officer, where she architected and led Vituity’s expansion from 50 to 250 hospitals, and revolutionized delivery of those hospitals’ acute care medicine through redesign strategies.
A nationally recognized speaker, Denise regularly appears as keynote, panelist, and podcast guest, and presently hosts Disruptive Health, a NowMedia Television show that highlights advancements in medical science.
Board appointments include the Bonnie J. Addario Lung Cancer Foundation, Dignity Health / Sequoia Hospital Foundation, and Impact Austin. She is a founding member of the Bold Leaders Collective, Vituity, LLC’s Women in Medicine Enterprise Resource Group, and holds memberships in Chief and CNEXT.
