Breast reconstruction is a process that may require multiple surgeries, but with the right team, great outcomes can be achieved. In this episode Dr. Haddock discusses the benefits and drawbacks of different breast reconstruction options, including implants and using a patient's own tissue. He emphasizes the importance of early diagnosis and encourages patients to do their research and be their own advocates. Dr. Haddock also highlights the process of breast reconstruction and the need for patience and trust in the medical team.

Dr. Haddock is an accomplished cosmetic and reconstructive surgeon and is certified in plastic and reconstructive surgery by the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS). Dr. Haddock is a respected member of not only the Dallas plastic surgery community but is also known on a national level. His goal is to individualize treatment by fully understanding the patient’s needs through an open dialogue. Dr. Haddock can offer state of the art treatment options including some techniques he helped pioneer. He is an expert in cosmetic and reconstructive breast surgery as well as microsurgery.

Being a native Texan, Dr. Haddock began his education at the University of Texas for both undergraduate and Medical School. He graduated with high honors and then further developed his skills during his residency in New York City at the prestigious New York University plastic surgery training program working with world experts in both cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. He spent an additional year refining his techniques at the University of Pennsylvania before returning to Texas.

Dr. Haddock brought his cutting edge knowledge back to Dallas Fort Worth for the benefit of his patients. He continues to innovate and offer his patients the latest and greatest options. He takes great pride in offering his unique set of skills and procedures with care and compassion.
