Jessica is a best-selling author and the founder of the

award-winning personal development organization,

Look Up and Beyond Inc. She is committed to helping

people overcome the pain of their past and current

circumstances to live purpose-driven and fulfilling

lives. Jessica is widely recognized as an expert in

helping people overcome adversity.

As a child abuse and three-time suicide attempt

survivor, Jessica knows firsthand how difficult it is to

heal from traumatic events and go forth and thrive in

life. By providing the specific tools needed to “look up

and beyond” the adversity they’ve faced, along with

hope from her own unique story, Jessica has inspired and transformed countless lives, from all walks of

life, via workshops, conferences, keynote presentations, and coaching services.

The New York State Assembly and Senate have recognized Jessica for raising awareness about and

improving the prevention of, suicide from individuals struggling with depression and emotional pain. Her

strategies have been so effective that she was awarded the prestigious "I Am Hope" Leadership Award,

recognizing her ability to prevent human suffering. She has also been awarded the "Hope and Appreciation" Award by Opportunities and Change for helping women with mental health challenges.

The New York City Council called Jessica a "Woman Who Makes a Difference." She was a recipient of the

“O” Factor award from ACT Studios, which recognized her as a powerful community advocate and pioneer. Most recently, Jessica was the first recipient of the “Dreamer Award,” for her resilient spirit which pursues dreams amidst great adversity, while inspiring the dreams in those around her.

Jessica, a participant in the Summer Youth Employment Program during her teen years, has a love for workforce development providers. She has partnered with workforce organizations like the New York Association of Training & Employment Professionals (NYATEP), California Workforce Association (CWA), American Job Center of California, and Tompkins County Youth Development Services to train and empower professionals to thrive in the workplace and beyond. Her Triad of Resilience Model is specifically designed to equip professionals, including those who work with youth, to perform at their highest potential and experience success, despite any adversity they face.

During the height of the pandemic, Jessica launched the Beyond Success: Live Your Purpose course and coaching experience. This 7-week leadership program for visionaries and purpose-driven leaders is a transformational experience for those who want to intersect personal development, emotional intelligence, and faith in a community with like-minded “thrivers.”

With a passion for developing leaders, Jessica has recently partnered with world-renowned leadership

expert, Dr. John C Maxwell to become an International Certified Leadership Coach. She partners with

diverse organizations /audiences in various sectors, facilitating professional development training around

leadership with an emphasis on trauma and overcoming adversity.

When Jessica isn't traveling the country to speak and do her latest research, she can be found laughing with her family, hiking/ exploring the outdoors, completing adult coloring books, and singing ... although she is still very shy about the last hobby :)
