But is there a limit to the supplements, machines, treatments, routines, and exercises? It seems like everyone is working really hard yet it's all inwardly focused on the body. There are some folks looking externally at heavy metals in the environment like Tamara Rubin of Lead Safe Mama or the contamination coming from pesticides and plastics in our soils, water, and food, but very few people are focused on how to fix it, how to do things regeneratively, and what's best for our bodies and personal health. We've been so focused on pointing out what's wrong, we've missed what steps we need to take to move forward. The reductionist and deconstructionist methods of reasoning and science are failing us because they don't lead to clear action steps. This is why holistic and regenerative solutions and science have shown up to fill the gap. Why Does Grounding Work? If our homes and shoes weren't designed to energetically separate us from the earth's negative charge, grounding wouldn't even be a thing. We likely wouldn't even know about it as a phenomenon because there'd be no lack to fill. Instead we'd be living more naturally, so we'd be healthier and we'd take grounding itself for granted... There's a LOT we take for granted that work tirelessly for our health and protection every day all day from the microbes to the plants to the natural cycles, they are all supporting us. If we take the time, we can begin to observe these processes and partner with them, and it all starts with the soil. It's the most powerful point of leverage we have to make change, to instill resilience, and to generate abundant, nutrient dense foods. BUT IT'S MORE THAN THAT... There's a feedback loop between our genetic expression and the soil that previously has never been exposed but is fundamental to all our health... and sickness. When our soils are weak, plants are weak and the animals that feed on them are weakened as well, leaving all open to sickness, disease, and predation. We can spend all the money in the world on supplements and gadgets, but if we don't have clean, nutrient-dense food, regenerative soils, and a thriving ecosystem to live in, we're leaving ourselves open to a whole world of potential problems. If we don't have regenerative soil, we miss out on strengthening the foundation of our health: our food and immediate environments. Are You Ready to BIOHACK Your Environment from the Ground UP?
