After struggling as a starving artist, Mark used his first script payments in 2000 to buy a duplex in Los Angeles as a hedge against the uncertainties of an entertainment career. Real estate became a passionate side-hustle, and Mark founded Quantum Capital, which invests in and syndicates value-add multifamily properties in major cities. He also hosts the Wild West Real Estate Podcast
