Once a man becomes a husband and father it can be easy to become so focused on work in order to provide for the family that things like health and wellness take a backseat. Unfortunately in many cases it's not until a catastrophic health event like the diagnosis of a disease or a heart attack that a man realizes that he has overlooked his health. In some cases it is possible to avoid a disease by adopting healthier lifestyle habits, unfortunately in many cases there is not a chance to make a change and the result is an early death. Dr. Anthony Balduzzi lost his father at a young age, but he took that experience and turned it into the motivation to focus his life on helping others improve their health, first by becoming a doctor, then by starting the Fit Father Project and the Fit Mother Project so he could help as many people as possible. The Fit Father and Fit Mother Projects are online communities where people can learn how to make healthier life decisions.
