Delicious DETOX Topping Mix

This Delicious DETOX Topping Mix created by Anna Leah Mintz is a great detox especially with the organic cilantro which helps the body rid of heavy metals and contains antioxidant properties. The fennel will aid with digestion issues Walnut oil is great support for hair, skin and nails. Raw garlic is a Great Immune Boost as well as so many other health benefits. This mix has no specific quantity amount or ratio as it is up to you to decide how many people you wish to make it for and if you are using it for a Dip or salad dressing or to simply spread it on any dish i.e. pasta chicken or sandwich. Do note that if you don't want to lose any friends, you may want to have a breath mint shortly after as the garlic and onion will be quite strong! Enjoy this cleanse. Your body deserves it! ~ Anna Leah Mintz (Certified Health Care Practitioner)

** All vegetables should be ORGANIC.

** Each ingredient has its own benefit but that doesn't mean you need to put all of them if you can't or don't have them all.

Super Healthy Morning Smoothie

This Healthy smoothie should boost anyone's immune system and provide focus and energy throughout the day. Note that not all ingredients are beneficial for everyone and some may be sensitive to raw kale or spinach as some of the raw ingredients. It's best to do the process of elimination if you feel you are bloated etc. with any of them but overall this mixture should get your body in a healthy and alkaline state.

Ingredients:

2 Organic and Raw vegetables i.e. 1/2 carrot, and 1-1/2 cups of power greens from a supermarket that can consist of a mix of spinach , kale, arugula etc. Any organic dark green leafy blend is idea. 2 Organic Fruits i.e. frozen or fresh blueberries (great for the eyes), 1/2 apple, 1 -2 tbsp of Powdered Greens. I prefer the ones from Premier Research Lab that have most of your daily vitamins and minerals in it as well as most of your necessary greens that you can't always get fresh or raw.

  • 1 tbsp Powdered Galactan (Great probiotic ) from PRL
  • 1 tbsp Trim Body from PRL.
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (very beneficial oil/fat).
  • 1-2 tbsp flax seed from sprouts or other health store.
  • 1 tbsp of vanilla or chocolate favor plant based protein powder from Sprouts or another Health Food store.
  • Organic orange juice.
  • Coconut water with aloe vera, from Trader Joe's.

OPTIONAL:

  • 1-2 Beets balls (Trader Joe's box) beneficial for heart etc.
  • 1 tbsp of Ketos powder from Amintz.ExpereinceKeto.com. Ideal for those that eat a lot of starchy carbs and want to get their bodies in state of ketosis.
  • 1 tbsp fulvic minerals (Sprouts). You can have separate if not in smoothie and make sure you are not overdoing it if your are taking other mineral supplementations.
  • 1-2 drops of D3, beneficial to take in smoothie or separate.
  • Any other healthy juice instead of or in addition to orange juice.
  • Rice Dream, almond or cashew milk etc. as your choice of liquids. Avoid actual milk or dairy as much as possible.

Go easy on anything more high in glycemic - fruits ie bananas, melons family of fruits.

**Beware that although fruits are healthy, they do contain more sugar and can have a higher glycemic level then vegetables - so have in smaller quantities. Enjoy! ~ Anna Leah Mintz
