100 We Celebrate One-hundred Episodes!

Author: John Biethan, Angie Ates, Lisa Victoria, Kim Shea, Lisa Thorp July 23, 2020 Duration: 1:19:57

We welcome you to the 100th episode of Alternative Health tools. Today we take a trip down health tools memory lane and introduce the hosts that made these 99 episodes possible. They'll be sharing each of their favorite episodes and a little bit about why they choose those episodes. These were difficult choices when going through all 99 episodes, it became obvious that any of the episodes offer insights and gems of wisdom useful to anyone along the path of their health journey.

Alternative Health Tools's first episode was released on August 17, 2014, with Lisa Thorp hosting the show. Lisa Thorp took a much-needed break, and I took over hosting on December 2, 2015 - until meeting Lisa Victoria from the U.K. who hosted her first episode on August 23, 2019.

Then on May 7, 2020, Lisa Victoria and I started alternating hosting duties effectively becoming "co-hosts" from across the pond of each other. In one episode, Lisa does an interview from the U.K. where she lives, and in the next episode, I host a conversation here in the San Diego area.
