The house cleaner got fired for overcharging and the homeowner feels cheated, gypped and ripped off. It was a sad case of overpromising when the house cleaner did the walkthrough. And the result? Fired for overcharging.
Maybe the maid was overconfident on the deep clean vs. maintenance clean or just didn't know how to price a job. But if you set unrealistic expectations one of two things happens. 1) You get fired for overcharging when you up the price.
2) You get paid, but the client feels tricked, hoodwinked and taken advantage of.
