Astrology for the Soul August 27, 2025

The world is swinging to the negative pole,

Getting more dangerous all the time.

It’s not enough to take care of myself,

When so many others are falling behind.

After recording the Pele Report I inevitably think of all the things I forgot to say! I have two major points today. One is, yes, I spoke about the boys/men but what about the girls/women? The thing is that the Scott Galloway podcast was about men but there is definitely a crisis also occurring with our young women. The attempts to look like the fashion queens on IG, FB, Tik Tok and elsewhere is causing tremendous stress and depression among many teens. There’s so much more to say but suffice it to say that all our young people are deeply challenged these days.

Secondly, there is another big problem and that is that much of our youth is not being taught how to deal with failure. They are taught how to win and how to succeed as if it was all that was going to happen. They are not being informed of the need for resilience or how to pick themselves up after a fall, a rejection, or a failure. “Too much parenting offline and too little parenting online,” is a quotable quote from Scott.

Helicopter parents circling their children so as to protect them from any harm life may inflict can overprotect to the point of even denying their child did fail when he/she did! “It’s OK honey, that test was stupid and you shouldn’t pay any attention to the results.” Secondly, the kids can be told to be frightened of just about anything/everything to where they are completely afraid of the unknown, lose confidence in their ability to handle crises, and remain in limiting realities as a result.

This week, and for a long time to come, let’s all take some time and energy to serve our youth which is serving our future. Venus in Leo = love children!
