I've got some business I need to get done.
If I push myself and focus,
I may still have time for some fun.

All right, I have to say that I was a little harsh in today's Pele Report and the mantra for this week. Saturn, the taskmaster got the better of me as the transiting Moon was conjunct him! "All work no play makes Jack a dull boy," is the old saying that may apply.
However, Virgo encourages us to get and stay healthy and that means a healthy balance between work and rest, doing and being, wakefulness and sleep. One thing I could point out is that when we procrastinate, avoid responsibilities, or get distracted, our work piles up on us. Until times such as these when it's "time to pay the piper!" So, if we're feeling deluged with work right now it may be because we have not paced ourselves properly and are going from one extreme to the other. No matter what, Saturn and Virgo have lessons for us!
While I'm on "work," which I said is kind of a dirty word these days (LOL), the mantra doesn't necessarily only apply to "work." As we may love the vocation that we have chosen and enjoy sharing our passion, there is still the "devil in the details," like paying bills, balancing bank accounts, catching up on old emails, maybe even from family and friends. So I should perhaps have said "mental activity" more than work?
Last but not least we have the Venus/Mars/Nodes uncomfortable relationship happening for the next two weeks. All that can be said right now is that it's ALL ABOUT COMMUNICATION. It may be hard, shadow, fears, needs, vulnerable sharing of buried past hurts, you name it, but it's time for it to come up and out. Mars/Virgo may just squeeze it out of you if you habitually avoid confrontation.
Again, in both work and love, if we've been on top of our game and "taking care of business" as it came across our "desk" and haven't fallen behind, these times may just be wrapping things up and heading out for a show. The more difficult these days the more you are getting a message that you are out of balance with freedom and responsibility. Easy peasy, just like that. Hope you're on the light side of things!
