Hola New Paradigmer!

The illusion of time now speeding up,

Can push me to pick up the pace.

But I will stay tuned to Mother nature,

Growing strong and slow with beauty and grace.

Happy new beginning with the Aries Equinox New Moon!  As I discussed in today's report there is a WHOLE LOT GOING ON and I'm sure you're feeling it (on one level or another).  Our job, should we decide to accept it, is to not cave into external pressure and abandon our wellbeing, under some misguided crisis mentality, that it is necessary to "fight for our lives."  Fear is being perpetrated upon the collective as a means of control and it can be very effective.

Rather than buy into the false narrative that someone outside of you can control your heart, mind, body, and soul, now is the time to step into our sovereign self.  It is time to claim our power as individuals, rebirth ourselves, renew ourselves, regenerative ourselves and shine our spiritual light even brighter than before!

Now, in addition to this remodeling of our Self, it's important to keep in mind that we are the "salt of the earth."  We don't want to fortify and strengthen ourselves out of fear and need, but rather, as beautiful human beings naturally emerging into our mature expression.  Slow and steady wins the race, we're attuned to the natural rhythms and cycles of nature and our bodies and there is no rushing Mother Nature!  So chill, relax, don't fear, run, or try to escape, just breathe and follow your heart!  Blessed be!
