Our homes MUST ba a place that influences us to make healthy and constructive choices, and it does that be reinforcing passive and positive habits, while also actively directing us towards actions that will benefit our lives in many ways; health, fitness, career, relationships, and more. Yet most peoples homes tend to be just utilitarian, a place to plop down onto a sofa after work, and little thought is given to the many ways we can improve our homes to benefit ourselves and our families for the long run of wellness. This episode should help change all that! I discuss all the things I have done to help boost the many areas of wellness in our home, and you can do many, if not all of them (or even more) as well.
