My 30-Day Halloween 'Spooktacular Body Transformation Kickstart' Challenge was a complete success! I had 6 people in it with a combined weight loss of right around 50 pounds, and 1 guy alone did 20 of that! And with access to NO GYM! Crazy!
But here's the thing; it's not that hard! Getting to a healthy body fat % is actually quite easy if you just have a few basic principles in place, you follow them, and you have a decent support group. Ad in this episode I'll tell you how we did it!
