There is a lot of bad advice when it comes to eating healthy out there in the lands of social media and print. And honestly I can see why so many people think "it's so expensive to eat healthy", and even I couldn't do it if I listened to over half the advice I see and hear each day. 

Well the fact is, it's honestly not expensive to eat pretty darn healthy. Now this advice I'm giving you may not be perfect, but it's still 90% better than how most people are eating. It's time to get fit, healthy, and save money.
