Disney's Polynesian Village Resort for "Rite of Passage" Trip with Kids; Military Family Enjoying Special Times @ Walt Disney World & More - BOGP 2922

This might be one of my favorite shows I have been lucky enough to record in the 18+ years of our podcast! Today, I got to speak with Listener Shamus from Florida about his recent trip to Walt Disney World with his family where they stayed at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort! This was what Shamus called a "Right of Passage" trip for the kids, who were 7 & 5 at the time and enjoying most attractions and shows in the four theme parks for the first time! There are so many great stories about these experiences! We also talk about the extreme weather that took place during this trip and how they adapted. However, the "more" in the show title is what makes the show special. Shamus is wrapping up many years of active duty in the Navy and shares a few of his amazing experiences with us, and leaves me (and I hope you) with a very optimistic and hopeful view of humanity today.
