? It’s Not Just International: Human Trafficking is an American Problem Too!

We know a lot about the enslavement and emancipation of the black descendants of African slaves. Much less is known, however, about human trafficking in America. Human trafficking is about the continued enslavement of men, women, and children living in our cities and towns. Often, we see human trafficking as simply an international problem. We fail to recognize and acknowledge that it is a serious problem for our nation that is not just confined to the seedy parts of town.    Joining us today to help us better recognize victims and the pervasiveness of the problem is Gabrielle Thompson. Gabrielle is the executive director of Free for Life International, an organization founded in Nashville, TN in 2006. She will help us become better trained observers and potential rescuers of people placed in our path.    For Further Insight: Website: Free for Life International Twitter: https://twitter.com/freeforlifeintl Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/Freeforlifeintl/
