My name is Bella vasta. And last week, we talked all about the consistency of your brand, how you're showing up. And if people are recognizing you, well, this time, I'm going to actually solve that problem, because most of you are probably like, okay, great, I need to be consistent. How do I be consistent, and I get it, because things are busy, you've got a lot of hats that you're wearing in your company, you're trying to be all the things you're trying to do customer service, you're trying to do client retention, check on your churn, be a good leader to all of your employees, probably be innovative, and keep up with your website. Just do all the things not to mention everything that you have to do yourself as being a mom or a dad or just a good, you know, person in your relationships. There's a lot of things to do. And today, I want to try to inspire you because I have a feeling some of the stories I'm going to share with you today. You are that person. And I want you to kind of consider that. Because if you're listening to this episode, if you're one of the 1000s that listen every single week, thank you. But I want you to really think about how can you help streamline your business? Guys, you've heard me say this before, there's only two things that you're going to be solving in your company. And you have to solve them systematically. That's getting more clients. And that's getting more employees. Everything else is just systems and process. They're not ongoing, trying to bring in, bring home the bacon, if you will. And so I want you to think about your marketing, and it being a major pain point. And this goes without notice that yes, our doors are open for better marketing with Bella right now, better marketing with Bella is an excellent program. I started it, January of 2018. Because after I sold my company in 2016, I missed doing marketing. Marketing is just something that naturally comes to me, you can show me a picture, I can give you a title for it. And it has been so fun creating and organizing everything for you guys via doing graphics every month and videos every month, and blog ideas and real ideas and emails so that you can stay top of mind awareness. All of this stuff is very important. When it comes to your brand, your consistency and showing up these kinds of things. When you show up like that. And consistent people begin to trust you, people begin to know you. And I have story after story after story about how this has translated into clients and employees. I have jumpers that have people waiting to work with them. I was on a call last week you guys with a person who they there's this this man that wanted to work for them. And they said I don't think you have enough dog walking experience, go work at the rescue and walk dogs. They literally did that. And this guy is giving them updates every single week because he so badly wants to work for this company. This is possible. All right. If you're struggling with hiring, if you're struggling with getting more clients, what you're doing is not working. And I really want to encourage you to take, take a leap, take a leap and partner with me. Because when you have me on your side, I'm going to fight tooth and nail for you because as I've said before, your success is my success. Don't believe me? Let's take a look at some of the stories I have for you today. So marketing is obviously a major pain point for so many business owners and finding like you know, you can have endless hours fiddling in Canva. Okay, what template, what color? What font? What a message? What should the caption be? When should I post it? These are all things that yeah, you can go in Canva and go spend your time doing that. But what other like revenue generating activities could you be spending your time on instead of in Canva? Stop trying to DIY it with no strategy. So Michelle with paws and claws, her marketing efforts were totally scattered before joining our program. As she puts it, she was just lost. But now Michelle has a whole content roadmap and a community of fellow pet pros to guide her when she she went from isolated which is something we've talked a lot about in recent episodes, to an overwhelmed to support and strategic with her marketing. There's nothing worse than being isolated and floundering around and hoping that you're making a difference and you're spending your time in the right way. Because that's the thing. You're either spending your time meaning you give away it and don't get anything in return or you're investing you're putting it back and you're going to get something back from it. And that was definitely something that Michelle All saw and why she's been in the program for many semesters, Nicole and Leah were very similar. And you heard Leia on maybe four weeks ago. And they had the similar challenges. Nicole was putting in the work but not seeing results. And Leia felt like she was tossing spaghetti against the wall to see what might stick. But our program completely changed it for them to lay adjoined actually, she she found out because I have this, like $7 marketing course out there. And she was she went through the course and followed some of the people that were in that course, and realize their secret sauce was our program. And so she joined and now she has more free time. And as she said on the previous podcast, if you didn't hear it, she doesn't even know her camera password anymore. That is remarkable. Imagine not ever having to really go into Canva anymore. Because our program takes away all of that for you all that creation, all that that that creative mentality, that creative energy, then I'm sure you're pretty burnt out and overwhelmed, and don't really have much of it to begin with. And if you do you want to put it into Halloween with your kids or getting that surprise for your loved one, not into what should go on a graphic. And is it good enough, Nicole, she was spending tons of money on Google AdWords, and I love this story from her. And now her phone's ringing off the hook. And the only thing that changed was her social media feed. Because you guys, you have to understand that social media is a secondary source. It's not like someone's gonna see a graphic online, and they're gonna call you. That's not how it works. And if that's what you're looking for, this program is going to sorely disappoint you. Rather what it does, it's a collective feeling. So someone might Google dog walker Scottsdale, they might find your website, they might find everyone else's website to that's a whole nother story. And then they're kind of interested. So they're going to take your invitation on your website to go check out your Facebook or your Instagram. And guess what happens when they go there. They're going to have a feeling, what is the feeling that they have, if they're going to your feed right now. And all they see is pictures of pets with their names on them. That is not going to do anything for you. That is useless. Okay. Unless it is that pet parent, looking at their pet on your feed with their name, or Oh isn't vital, cute, that's not doing anything, you're literally spending your time wasting your time. But if you have great graphics and videos combined with those cute pet photos combined, that's the important part.
