And you know that today this is an episode for all of you ADHD people, whether you are officially diagnosed or not. We're going to have a little ADHD moment here today. Why? I say that because we're diving into three crucial topics in just one episode. Um, we're going to talk about hiring, taxes, and your website. Uh, these are total pillars that can make and break your business as we wrap up the end of the year and prepare for what's ahead. My goal as your coach is to literally get you thinking about things, get you out of the forest and into like the 30,000 foot view. I want to get this thing planted in your head just like I did months ago about fourth quarter and getting out there and marketing and all the ways that you can do it, and then showing you people that have done it and the fruits of their labor just by showing you how to write proper emails and make at least two grand off of the emails. All of these things. I do it like a mom to a child who loves their kids. I love you guys and I want you to be thinking about this stuff. So we are literally going to just dive straight on into it. I want you to imagine this, okay? Not gonna be hard to imagine. You're a business owner, right? And you've probably been through the wringer trying to build the right team or you've been petrified to build the right team. You probably spent hours. No, wait, scratch that. Like countless hours worrying about it, combing through applications, scheduling, interviews, hopping, hoping that next person who you know comes up on your zoom screen is going to be the one. But instead you end up with hires that just don't fit. Maybe they lack necessary skills, or they don't align with your company culture, or you can't get them to stay working with you long enough. Your hiring process feels messy. You're hoping that no one discovers that you feel like you're a fraud. You're disorganized. Maybe instead of attracting people who match your vision, it's been a revolving door of candidates who aren't quite right. Which makes you not really want to invest much time or effort into the hiring process, let alone the training process, because you feel like it's such a short lived thing that you're wasting money. It's pretty frustrating, isn't it? I know this struggle all too well. Not just from my own experience when I first started, but countless other business owners I've coached throughout the years. One client let's name her Sarah. She was at her wits end. She was so desperate to fill positions that she was literally hiring anyone with a pulse. And guess what? She got high turnover, poor performance, and even some damage to her company's reputation. But here's the thing. It doesn't have to be this way. Remember, I keep telling you, it either doesn't work or it doesn't work this way. Our Mastermind this November is built for someone like you. If you've been having these challenges, someone who's ready to break through this exhausting cycle. If you're struggling to find team members who not only meet job requirements but also share your values and passion, this month in the Mastermind will change the game. It's literally we're focusing on it. We have six months worth of teachings and postings and discussions and downloads and all kinds of things because we've been doing this once a month for six years. You get me Real time Monday through Friday helping you with it as we dive into the hiring process with a fresh perspective. Yes, you have to have an open mind because jumpers do it differently. We're going to start by helping you define your ideal candidate. I'm going to do an entire class. I have a presentation with a ton of slides that everyone gets with step by step, including all those details that the devil has. The devil's in the details. We're going to start by helping you define the ideal candidate with a crystal clear precision. What skills do they have? What values do they hold? How do they fit into your company's culture and future plans? Maybe you don't even know what your company culture is. By knowing exactly who you're looking for, you can recognize them when they come along. Then we're going to craft hiring ads that speak directly to those candidates so that you don't have any more generic hiring job posts. We're going to use language and messaging that resonates with the right people, filtering those that don't align with you from the very start and that actually sound like your brand. I'm going to teach you all that. Then we're going to develop a structured screening process that doesn't just check the boxes, but really digs deep to find those gems. We're going to explore behavioral interview techniques, situational questions, and some unconventional methods to reveal the true character of potential and the potential in your applicants. Let me share another story. Dave, a business owner in the pet care industry, was skeptical about overhauling his entire process. But after he joined the Mastermind, he realized that he'd been selling himself short. By implementing these strategies, not only did he fill up the opening positions, but he built a team that's cohesive, motivated and aligned with his vision. The business didn't just grow, it flourished. And he all of a sudden had a life and his wife wasn't mad at him all the time for working so much. At the end of this whole thing, at the end of this month, it's truly my goal to make it feel not so much like a guessing game, but give you a compass, a compass to your own business that you can like get through. And it's, it's, it's going to be so fun because everyone's going to be doing the same thing and they're all achiever mindset. They're people with, with these mindsets of we can do this. And it's happening right now. I mean, it's the middle of November, so if you're interested in joining us and you're interested in my presentation, that's happening, I think it's next week. You want to jump in, jump on into the Mastermind jump consulting Dotnet forward slash mastermind. It's only 177amonth. That is month to month. You can cancel at any time or if you want to make a long term commitment, we'll save you $50 a month and you can pay in full at 1524. There you go. There's the spoiler alert. I'm not going to be all shady or weird and tell you to go do stuff. That's the price. So take it or leave it. I say that with love, but you show up, I'm going to show up. So you better be ready. All right, the next thing that I want to tell you guys about, I'm going to kind of switch topics here. Here we go with the add. You know, Squirrel, it is November and I want to talk about something that's really crucial that a lot of business owners don't really start thinking about until the end of February or March. And it's taxes. I know it's not the most glorious topic, but it's one that can have significant impact on your business and peace of mind, if you only speak with your CPA once a year, make sure it's in November. And here's why. First, managing your money effectively now means no surprises in April. I remember one of my first few years when I decided to wait till tax season to consult my CPA and I was like confident that everything was in order. I had a bookkeeper.
