Transcript: Welcome back to another episode of Bella in your business. My name is Bella Vasta from Jump Consulting. Guess what? We're gonna keep talking about AI Today. I just got off a really awesome better marketing with Bella call where we talk all about marketing on and offline. But then we also talked about how AI is literally helping people market so much better than what they could have done in like 75% less of the time. It's absolutely amazing. I literally got hot and sweaty because I, I put my desk up high and I was talking and it's just so fantastic listening and ask, getting like, seeing people actually, like, have these breakthroughs and use it in all the different way. Like, there's so many different ways. So many different ways. I mentioned on the last podcast I was going to let you guys know how I'm using it in my own personal life because I think that to understand the different things that you use it for, you know, just in. It's not just for business, but for life. I think it's, it's pretty cool. So let's see. This week I helped, or last week rather, I helped a client create a bot for care notes and a bot for her handbook and manual so that her staff could just like, you know, ask her bot anything. It's pretty awesome. It's very agentic, which we're going to talk about today. I also was going through the woes with some things with my daughter's IEP and the team. And of course, if you guys are parents, you know that kind of anything that has to deal with your child is sometimes a little emotional. And I really needed to understand some of the terms and the verbiage and AI really came through for me on that. Another funny thing is that someone inherited some contraption from their great grandfather and they posted about it on a local Facebook group and they were like, what is this? And everyone had all these different ideas. And I took that picture, I put it in AI and it told me what it was. It was actually something that you can load bullets with. It was pretty, pretty interesting. And then what else did we do so much? Like, so much. I, yeah, I'll, I'll kind of keep it at that. But there, there's, there's a lot more things, but you don't need to know everything, right? So I hope you guys are having a really super good week. I hope that, you know, this is really getting your brain flowing. This is probably about the fifth or sixth episode that I'm talking about AI. I thought this was something that I needed when I first started getting really involved with AI and like listening to all of these podcasts with people that are way smarter than me. And it was all of these buzzwords decoded, right? It was just really over my head. I didn't quite understand and I just, I needed to figure it out. So before I get into that though, it, according to a recent study by Servon Global solutions, a whopping 95%. That's right, just 95%. In just a couple of years, everyone's going to be using artificial intelligence for customer relations. But the good news is that AI isn't something to fear. It's a powerful tool that can help you work smarter, connect with more clients and grow your business like never before. And the reason why we're talking about this is because it's going to be like this elephant in the room and I refuse for my jumpers to not be educated on this. And with all of this, I mean, your mind is blown. You probably can't even wrap your mind or you probably think this is still hype and that's okay because, you know, there's all these stages of grief because you literally are going to have to like, you know, you're. The old ways are going to go away like they're dead, they're going to be dying. So you're going to go through stages of grief and one of those are acceptance. And your mind's going to be blown because, like, mine sure was. But the good news is that AI is not something to fear. It's a powerful tool that can help you work smarter, connect with more clients and grow your business like never before. And I've already got bunch of jumpers that are already doing that. The key to understanding what all the jargon really means, and that's exactly what we're diving into today. And I wanted to make this podcast because I know I'm going to be referring to this one a lot. If you're in my marketing program, you've heard me talk about evergreen content, and this is definitely going to be evergreen content. In fact, it's probably going to grow because I'm sure there's going to be more words that are going to be added to it. But I want you guys to make sure you understand the glossary of this new AI, because it might be one of the things that's holding you back. I'm going to break down seven essential AI terms in plain English so you can cut through the hype and start harnessing the real power of artificial intelligence. Get ready to level up your AI IQ and maybe even impress your tech savvy friends at the next conference or networking meeting or something like that. All right, so AGI is Artificial General Intelligence. First up, AGI, which stands for Artificial General Intelligence. This is the Sci Fi level stuff. Think less Siri, more ex machina. AGI refers to AI that can think, learn and problem solve across multiple areas, just like a human brain. It wouldn't just be good at one specific task like scheduling appointments or analyzing data. AGI would have human like flexibility and even creativity. Now, before you start punching or picturing robot receptionists in your in your pet business, we're not quite there yet, but today's AI is considered narrow, really good at specific jobs, but not adaptable like human intelligence. Yet. However, we're inching closer and closer every year, I would argue every month, and pet businesses should expect AI to progressively get smarter and take on more complex tasks. Like literally. Do not rule it out. It's. It's. I keep saying AI is never going to be as dumb as it is today. In the not so distant future you might see AI powered training tools that can fully customize programs for each dog's personality, or virtual veterinarians that use machine learning to diagnose issues from smartphone photos. The possibility are both exciting and a little mind boggling. For now, the AGI buzzword is more about painting a picture of AG of AI's long term potential, but it's a good reminder for businesses to keep an open and curious mindset. The AI of tomorrow may look very different than the tools we're using today. Flexibility is key. The next term is my favorite because it's about AI stepping up and taking initiative. Agentic AI refers to artificial intelligence that doesn't just respond to requests, but proactively takes action to achieve goals. Oh my gosh.
