His legal team is now making a third attempt to secure his release on bail after previous denials.

In their latest filing, Combs' defense proposed a $50 million bail package, which included stringent conditions such as no female visitors outside his family. Despite this, U.S. District Judge Andrew Carter denied the request, citing concerns that Combs remained a danger to the public. His lawyers continue to argue for his release, claiming that he is innocent and poses no flight risk.
