  • Biohacking what is it?
  • Why do I bang on about biohacking
  • What I've been up to recently and my latest obsession

My mates sometimes take the mickey out of me for using the word biohacking. That's okay. I am quite easy to take the mickey out of! But Biohacking can be quite an interesting way of improving your energy, wellness, performance and athletic levels.

What is biohacking?

There are probably plenty of fancy explanations for what biohacking is. Let me try a simpler one.

Biohacking is about tweaking your diet and lifestyle to be the best version of yourself.

Here's a good article about biohacking. I've used biohacking to get healthier, focus more effectively and lots more stuff. So I wanted to do a podcast about it with this fella.

A former fitness model, Ryan Munsey has created and sold a performance training facility (House of Strength), written for leading fitness publications (Men's Fitness, T-Nation, EliteFTS) is a member of the Men's Health Fitness Council, and spends his days as the Chief Optimizer at a well known supplement company leading the way in brain health and optimization.

Listen to us geek out on today's interview on Zestology. Have a great weekend and if you have any good biohacks, let me know.

Tony Wrighton has spent years navigating the unconventional edges of wellness, and in Biohacking News by Zestology, he turns that curiosity into a weekly conversation. As a journalist and author, Tony doesn't just report the headlines; he digs into the practical science and the wilder trends shaping how we think about our bodies. This podcast serves as a direct line to the people driving the biohacking movement. You'll hear Tony in candid discussions with a roster of leading voices like Dave Asprey on bulletproof living, Dr. David Sinclair on longevity, Ben Greenfield on peak performance, and Esther Perel on the human connection behind the tech. Each episode feels like a behind-the-scenes look, whether it's a review of a new wearable device, a breakdown of a controversial nutritional approach from someone like Paul Saladino, or fitness insights from JJ Virgin and Joe Wicks. It’s a mix of grounded advice and explorations of what's next, all filtered through Tony's experienced perspective and his bulging contacts book. For anyone intrigued by optimizing health but wary of the hype, this is a essential guide to what works, what doesn't, and what's just plain fascinating in the world of human enhancement.
