Just one of my favourite quotes from Gretchen Rubin in this week's Zestology podcast. By this she means don't only read worthy books/eat spinach because you feel obliged. Read and eat the good stuff.

Gretchen is a big name and an awesome guest for Zestology podcast. And books were quite a theme in this interview. She's the author of several blockbuster New York Times bestsellers.
