Car Thoughts - More What's The Go with Weird Stuff?

Car Thoughts - More What's The Go with Weird Stuff?

In another Bit Weird special - more odd bits from the "What's The Go?" podcast.

In the second year of WTG, Stu and Monty took the show on the road - quite literally - and only recorded podcasts while they were driving to and from work.

The sound quality wasn't the best, but the content? Also not the best.

Despite the complete lack of respect for the listeners, the show carried on through many a journey with just as many bizarre tangents as previously, except now there were also things to distract Monty outside the car that he wanted to talk about.

Let me know on the "Bit Weird but Fair Enough (I Guess)" socials if you thought this worked or if it was just gibberish!

Ever feel like the world's operating on a slightly different, and frankly baffling, set of rules? That's the territory explored in Bit Weird but Fair Enough (I Guess). Host Stuart Buckland sits down with a rotating cast of guests to poke at the peculiarities of modern life, from minor cultural oddities to the genuinely head-scratching news of the day. The tone is less about furious ranting and more about shared, bemused observation, finding the comedy in the chaos. It’s a conversation that acknowledges the strangeness but often lands on a shrug of acceptance-hence the title. This podcast from The Angry Chimp network thrives on casual, off-the-cuff discussions where the weird stuff isn't just criticized, but examined with a curious and humorous lens. You'll hear genuine reactions, unexpected tangents, and the kind of laughter that comes from recognizing shared confusion. Each episode is produced and edited by Buckland himself, giving it a direct, personal feel. If you're after a comedy show that feels like hanging out with friends dissecting the day's absurdities, this might just be your new regular listen. It’s a space to acknowledge that a lot of things are a bit weird, but maybe, just maybe, that's fair enough.
