S17E01 - Bobby Wonder: Bobby and the Bean

Imagine discovering you’re not from Earth, that you suddenly have incredible abilities, and that a formidable villain named Mighty Mila has you in her sights. That’s the extraordinary new reality for the hero at the heart of Bobby Wonder: Superhero Adventure Stories for Kids. This audio adventure follows Bobby as he navigates his dual life as an ordinary kid and a super-powered protector of his hometown, Pflugerville. He’s not entirely alone in this chaotic journey, thankfully, with the reliably funny and loyal Grabstack by his side to lighten the mood. Created within the imaginative GoKidGo universe, this podcast brings together high-quality storytelling designed to captivate young listeners and their families. The series is crafted by New York Times bestselling children’s author Patrick Carman, who writes and directs each episode, ensuring rich, engaging narratives. Adding to the appeal is a stellar voice cast led by Danny Pudi, known for his roles in DuckTales and Community. Each installment blends thrilling escapades with humor and heart, exploring themes of friendship, responsibility, and finding your place in the world-even if that place turns out to be from another planet. It’s the kind of serialized story that turns car rides and quiet time into eagerly anticipated chapters of a grand, ongoing saga. Tune in for a blend of action and comedy that feels both epic and wonderfully relatable.
