3-PART MINI-SERIES on our Roundtable Discussion of Sport Specific S&C in Boxing.

In this week’s LIVE webinar, we constructed a roundtable discussion about

SPORT SPECIFIC TRAINING ⁣

2nd INSTALLMENT - BOXING TRAINING CAMP

As strength and conditioning coaches, our job is mostly in the four walls of the gym. However, sometimes we're given the opportunity to travel on training camps to help with pre-fight preparations.

This is where our job dynamics dramatically change, we go from seeing athletes and coaches for a brief couple of hours to spending 24/7 with them.

On this podcast we have practitioners a wealth of experience in remote support, and all going to different corners of the world.

⁣This is chaired by Danny Wilson, joined by Dr Alan Ruddock, Tommy Munday, Dan Lawrence and Gary Hutt.

In the full discussion we shared our thoughts sport specific S&C exercises (EP 7) and energy system / pacing for sport specific fitness (EP 9).

Behind the sweat and the spotlight, a different kind of fight is happening-one waged in the lab, the gym, and the mind.
