His research explores how variables such as muscle length, contraction type, and intensity influence strength development, fatigue, and performance outcomes. In addition to applied strength science, Giuseppe has a strong interest in innovations within artistic gymnastics, where isometric demands play a central role in performance. He regularly collaborates with coaches, clinicians, and researchers to bridge theory and real-world application.
