In January of 1970, Ross Neal Porter and Leonard Ellsworth Miller robbed a bank in Hughson, CA and in a shootout outside they murdered Sheriff Billy Joe Dickens. This act led to one of the largest manhunts in California history. In this episode we discuss the two bank robbers including their history and past crimes.
