Cate champions diverse and inclusive teams, prioritizing meaningful relationships and a people-first approach.

Passionate about learning and growth, she embraces challenges with a growth mindset. Outside work, Cate resides in Coquitlam, BC, with her husband and two sons, indulging in her love for cooking and reading.
