Her journey encompasses diverse roles in Strategy, Change Management, Business, and Sales across Commercial and Public sectors. Most recently, she led the Customer Success Account team. Cate champions diverse and inclusive teams, prioritizing meaningful relationships and a people-first approach.

Passionate about learning and growth, she embraces challenges with a growth mindset. Outside work, Cate resides in Coquitlam, BC, with her husband and two sons, indulging in her love for cooking and reading.
