Thomas wrote a powerful article for the new issue of More than 90 Minutes. After the sad passing of his young daughter Penny and his own struggles with mental health. Listen to Thomas talk about the importance of spending hours on buses and boats talking to like minded people.

He has organised a Celtic Supporters hike for LauraLynn to give something back to the charity for what they have done for Penny and continue to do for him.

The bhoys exchange stories on past trips home and away including a Ska and Reggae night in Sally Browns in Rome before the Lazio game to singing Simply the Best at Ibrox.

They also look back at Celtic’s 1-0 win over St. Mirren on Saturday and look ahead to the rest of the season.
