The reality is, you can't grow into the person you want to become while hanging around people who keep you stuck as who you were. We break down the difference between givers and takers, why some people hide their laziness behind false ambition, and the heartbreaking moment when you realize someone you care about is actually slowing you down - even if they're a good person.

We also get real about the "lonely chapter" every entrepreneur goes through, where you don't fit in with your old crew anymore but haven't quite leveled up enough to connect with the people where you're trying to go. It's uncomfortable as f*ck, but it's the price you pay for transformation.
