Die 16 Landesparlamente und der Bundestag sind relativ undurchsichtige Institutionen. Wann habt ihr zuletzt gewusst, was sich in eurem Landtag so abspielt? Welches Gesetz auf welchem Stand ist, welches seit Monaten in den Ausschüssen liegt, und in welchem sich unter staubigen Titeln brisante Änderungen verbergen? Wir bauen den PaZuFa, um zum Einen die Parlamente maschinenlesbar zu machen, und zum Anderen für Zivilgesellschaft, Verbände, Bürger und Verwaltung eine griffige Übersicht aller Vorgänge im Parlament zu geben. Losgetreten von der Parlamentsrevue und dem Bundestagszusammenfasser hat sich in den letzten zwei Jahren viel getan. Der Bundestag ist schön und gut, aber die Landesparlamente fliegen noch viel mehr unter dem Radar, und sind noch viel weniger maschinenlesbar. Das ist kein Zustand im Jahre 2026, daher widmen wir uns diesem Problem mit einem 20-köpfigen Entwicklerteam und einem zivilgesellschaftlichen Arm, der Druck aufbaut. Denn obwohl fast alle Parlamente schon ihre Dokumente veröffentlichen, muss man sich doch extrem gut mit deren internen Strukturen auskennen, um daraus einen Nutzen zu ziehen. Wir bringen Ordnung ins Chaos und stellen die Texte menschen- und maschinenlesbar, zusammengefasst und eingeordnet bereit. Ich erzähle euch warum das was wir tun wichtig ist, wie wir technisch und organisatorisch aufgestellt sind und was ihr tun könnt um uns zu unterstützen.
