A fresh, light mocktail perfect for Dry January — or spike it if you’re feeling spicy.
Ingredients
- 3 oz fresh grapefruit juice (use less if you’re not a grapefruit girl)
- Splash of fresh lime juice
- 1 oz agave or honey
- Sparkling water
- Fresh rosemary sprig
How to Make
- Shake the grapefruit juice, lime juice, and agave (or honey) with ice.
- Strain into a wine glass over ice, top with sparkling water, and garnish with a rosemary sprig.
- Before adding the rosemary, gently slap it between your palms to release the oils — pretty and aromatic.
