Covid. Time change. Colder weather >>OH MY! Did the vision of Dorothy going down the yellow brick road come to mind.  "Lions, Tigers, Bears OH MY! haha seriously though as if Covid wasn't already putting fear and worry and stress onto us, we are compiling it now with coldness and darkness here in Ohio.  It's making me feel like days are on a loop and just so in a rut.  Wallow or Gratitude. Which do you choose? After I lost my mom in 2011, I found that I was in this hole of grief that felt like pushing a door closed with rushing water on the other side.  I would push and push with all of my might so that no water could get through for fear that I would drown.  I later learned that if I cracked the door, felt through the ick and experienced my emotions then it slowed the rate of the water and it allowed me to keep afloat.  Holding this imaginary door closed is exhausting and eventually the water comes in, so why not crack the door.  It's uncomfortable and sad and all the things, but so needed.  First of all, don't get it twisted with this heading title.  I don't think there is anything wrong with wallowing.  In a way I feel like it's warranted from being strong too long or pushing past the days in some ways.  Take a breath, a rest, cry in the shower or finally say "No" to adding more to your plate and then when you are all done stand up in gratitude with these 10 ways to get you back to you.   In todays' episode you'll learn 10 ways to get unstuck and take that next right step.  Negativity is natural and normal.  It's easier to see what's going wrong then what is going right, but when you are ready to get back up I hope these tips help you.  If you need someone to lean on in the process come over to our free community on facebook by clicking here.  10 ways to get UNSTUCK and reset a negative mindset in todays episode here.
