Batch129: Happy New Year 2019

Batch129: Happy New Year 2019

Author: Craft Beer Republic January 1, 2019 Duration: 46:39
Cheers! Sláinte! Salud! Most importantly, Happy New Year! We asked all of our Friendsmas friends to come back and share some more beer for the New Year so that we could ring in 2019 with all of our favorite drunks. The Booze League's Commissioner, Coley, and BDN join friends-of-the show Brian and Deb along with Shannon to play a game of "Guess that New Year Beer" (to not spoil the beer for those that want to play along, the beers will be listed at the very end of the show notes). We all get to sample three different New Years beers while the group gives out some descriptions of the beer and attempts to guess what they're drinking before the provider of the beer tells everyone. We hope you enjoy playing the game with us, let us know if you got anything right.

In addition to our beer sharing, we also share some of our favorite New Years drunk stories, discuss our 2019 New Years resolutions, and find out why Brian got a black eye on New Year's Eve. We also find out that Coley and Shannon will be fostering some dogs and learn about some of Scott's worst Ubers.

Don't forget to check us out at www.theunfilteredgentlemen.com and to follow us on our social medias for some great beer porn: www.facebook.com/theunfilteredgentlemen, @unfilteredgents on twitter and TheUnfilteredGentlemen on Instagram! We want you to drunk dial (805) 538-BEER (2337), we'd love to hear from you! You can find the Booze League at www.boozeleague.com and @boozeleague across the board on social media.

Beers in the game:
Scott - Stone Brewing's Enjoy By 01.01.19 Brüt IPA
Brian - Unibroue's La Fin Du Monde Belgian Tripel
Shannon - Stone Brewing's White Ghost Berliner Weisse
