Cheers and local beers everyone! Adam Greenberg of the soon-to-open Mad Era Brewing in Simi Valley, CA stopped in and brought one of his test batches for the gentlemen to sample. We got to try his brown ale, one of the beers they plan to tap when they open in the fall.
Greg talks about his trip to Paso Robles and Firestone Walker for their unique collaboration, his local beer research with a favorite hop, and getting to open up a Double DBA that's been cellaring for a while. Dan talks about his plague and why he had to miss a couple of shows.
The gentlemen ask Adam about Mad Era, their progress, some of the struggles with opening a brewery, his background, some of his favorite beer, and the oh-so-important question of when they'll open.
