Hail Gluten! Cheers, beers, and pizza, we are live from Fluid State Beer Garden in Ventura, CA! Greg sits down with Aaron Duncan and Jen Schwertman, owners and co-founders, in front of a live audience for a fun show about finding beer, making pizzas, and being picky about the beers we love!

Aaron shares his background as a restaurant owner, head chef, and self-proclaimed pizza pimp. Jen tells us about her background in the alcohol industry and how it led to her passion and knowledge of craft beer. We also find out about her (almost) major beer award!

Next, we learn how they secured the fantastic and historic building they’re in and what it took to get from concept to open doors. They also had a very different idea at the beginning of business planning. Aaron and Jen share their brewing experience, trials and errors, and mishaps. And most importantly, we find out how Jen and Aaron get all their amazing beer (hint: he drives EVERYWHERE).
