Moist January is almost over! Coley is back as we talk about brewery anniversaries, recap the beer release party, talk about lunch beers, teaching old beers new tricks, and the driest stats in the US.

-

Coley and Greg are drinking a fresh drop from MadeWest Brewing: 7th Anniversary Double IPA. Flex is sipping on Code Name: Hurricane Lucas from Young Blood Beer Company.

-

Greg talks about his research at MadeWest’s anniversary party over the weekend. Coley tells the story of a waitress that kept referring to Greg as “Daddy,” and Flex is Jealous. Flex hits his favorite spot for lunch beers and gets the hookup after some guy was a douche to the beer tender. And the crew recaps the live show from Pedals & Pints.

-

Former GreenCheek Brewer Brad Kominek leaves to Open Villain’s Brewing. New Belgium drops a new recipe and branding for Fat Tire. Tilray’s spent a lot of cash to purchase Montauk Brewing. Bhramari Brewing Lays off 25+ Employees and shuts down Charlotte taproom 6 months after opening. Russian River Brewing is back in Seattle.
