383 | What Your Clutter Says About Your Chakras with Bonnie Lippincott

Hi Friends! 

What if the clutter in different areas of your home could tell you something about what's happening internally?

In this episode, I'm joined by Bonnie Lippincott, biomedical engineer, author, entrepreneur, Reiki practitioner, mom of two, and host of the This Magic Life podcast.

Bonnie brings together two worlds we don't often hear discussed in the same conversation: science and energy. We talk about her journey from engineering to writing and entrepreneurship, what she learned from becoming a mother, and how creativity and self-expression helped shape the work she does today.

Then we get into chakras, Reiki, and clutter.

Bonnie walks us through the seven chakras and explores how each energy center can relate to different areas of our homes and lives. We talk about what recurring clutter might reveal, why letting go can be more than a physical act, and how clearing our spaces can become an opportunity for greater awareness, clarity, and growth.

We also talk about something Bonnie calls magic - not necessarily something extraordinary or supernatural, but our ability to notice what is already happening around us. When we become more present and change the way we perceive our everyday lives, ordinary moments can begin to feel very different.
